Ingredients:
2 cups tortellini
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 Italian/garlic sausages, sliced on a bias
1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
2 green onions, sliced in 1′ pieces
1/4 cup feta, crumbled
2-3 leaves of basil, ribboned
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Boil tortellini in salted water until floating on the surface and cooked through the middle, about 5-6 minutes. Add olive oil to a saucepan on medium heat. Add sliced sausages to the olive oil and cook until both sides are browned. Add garlic and green onion to the pan with the sausages and cook until green onion is slightly wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Add cooked tortellini to the pan and toss until pasta is coated and ingredients are well-distributed. Plate and garnish with feta and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Enjoy!
